3. PVB separation takes place with a combined system of medium-fast
IR light waves and cutting blade directly on the lower cutting head.
2. Suction cups hold the laminated glass during the cutting cycle, they
are mounted on a tilting system for breaking of the both sides of the
glass and then pull the glass apart in the separation step.
1. Pneumatic Sheet Location Bar (goes up and down), is located under
the main cutting bridge and is controlled by the CNC to help position the
laminated glass for correct size cut.
