Arlington Model AB 1200 RD Mobile Glass Handler
o
Base model which has a lift capacity of 1200 pounds.
o
This machine is equipped with micro motion controls that
allow installation within 3/16th of an inch. The controls also
have a high and low setting allowing for rapid movement to
the installation location with precision movement for placing
the glass.
o
The AB 1200 RD can pick up glass from the floor and has 14
different points of manipulation.
o
The vertical reach on this model is 14 feet to the center line of
the cups with the glass in the vertical position and 17 feet with
the glass in the horizontal position with an additional 5 feet of
forward extension.
o
This is a rear wheel drive machine with a top speed of 7 miles
per hours allowing your glass to be moved from the truck and
to the job site at a good pace. The rear wheel drive also allows
the machine to have a 0 degree turning radius.
o
The cups on this machine are also spring loaded in two
directions for additional give during the installation process.
o
Both the drive and the hydraulics are driven by 6 batteries
which will run the machine for 3 days without charge. The
machine also includes a built in charger which will bring the
charge back to full in a 6 hour period(overnight).
o
This machine is designed for both exterior and interior
installation and can be used in finished rooms as its
dimensions fit through a standard door (width = 32 inches,
vertical = 76 inches.)
o
This machine can also be used in your facilities to move the
glass from the rack to a table, truck, or cutting machine with
great easy and expedience.

This is our base model with an extended arm.
o
This extension allows for a vertical reach of 23 feet and an a additional 7 feet of extension.
o
This machine has 16 points of manipulation due to the extended arm.
o
The rest of the specs are the same.
o
With both the RD and RDE the weight restrictions can be altered for special construction needs.
